1. Conditions to open a professional client account
Conditions: In order to make wholesale purchases, you must be engaged in a professional activity related to the buying and selling of minerals or jewelry, crafts, or therapies. Only on the first purchase, you will be required to spend an amount equal to or greater than €150 with the professional discount applied + VAT included. Subsequently, the client can make purchases without any minimum. Vives de la Cortada reserves the right to cancel the wholesale account if, for any reason, we believe that the person does not meet or has ceased to meet the required professional profile. In this case, the client will be notified, and the account will be suspended.
2. Free Shipping Conditions
These Free Shipping Conditions (hereinafter, the "Conditions") regulate the eligibility and terms for obtaining free shipping on orders placed on the Vives de la Cortada SL website (hereinafter, the "Site"). By using the services of Vives de la Cortada SL, the user (hereinafter, "Client" or "User") agrees to and undertakes to comply with these Conditions. Vives de la Cortada SL reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated versions of the Conditions will be published on the Site and will take effect immediately.
Eligibility for Free Shipping: The Customer may opt for free shipping on their order if the total amount of the shopping cart, after applying discounts and deducting the current shipping fee, reaches or exceeds the eligibility threshold established by Vives de la Cortada SL. The eligibility threshold will be calculated based on the total amount (taxes excluded for professionals and included for individuals) of the shopping cart and will be determined according to Vives de la Cortada SL's internal policies. Eligibility for free shipping will be confirmed in the check-out process, prior to order confirmation.
Calculation of Total Amount: The total amount of the shopping cart will be calculated by adding the total value of the products selected by the Customer (including taxes for individuals and excluding for professionals) and after applying discounts. The current shipping fee will then be deducted to obtain the total amount eligible for free shipping.
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to orders that do not meet the eligibility threshold. Products subject to shipping restrictions (such as weight, dimensions, or destination) may not be eligible for free shipping, regardless of the total amount of the shopping cart.
Validity and Modifications: These Free Shipping Conditions will come into effect on March 1, 2023, and may be modified, updated, or canceled by Vives de la Cortada SL at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Conditions will apply to orders placed from the date of modification.
Acceptance and Consent: By placing an order on the Site and opting for free shipping, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Conditions in their entirety. The Customer also consents to Vives de la Cortada SL processing the personal and financial information provided in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Processing time: The return period for products purchased on our website is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.
What can be returned?: All products can be returned and refunded as long as the customer communicates it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from delivery, and the rest of the conditions established in this section are met, in accordance with articles 69 and 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
Requirements for returning a product: The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The shipment must be made using the same protective packaging in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that the original packaging in which the order was delivered is not preserved, the customer must return it in a protective box to ensure that the product reaches the Vives de la Cortada SL warehouse with the highest possible guarantees. The product must be free of any use or modification. This means that it has not been altered by the customer. If a product is returned that does not meet the above provisions, the product will be resent to the customer, who will assume the reshipping costs of said product.
Steps to process the return: If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery to contact Vives de la Cortada SL to indicate the reason for the return (Tel: 93 304 18 86, email: [email protected]). Any return without prior communication will not be accepted. Returns due to defects in the merchandise will be made at no cost. In any other case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund amount: Once we receive the return at our warehouses, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be reflected in the statement of transactions of your credit card or bank account if payment was made with a debit card.
In-store returns: Returns are not accepted in the physical store except when it is proven that the item was delivered in poor condition. Only claims are accepted within 14 days after receiving the order and presenting the receipt or purchase invoice. If the product return is done through a courier company, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Promotions and Discounts
All promotions, discounts, and coupons from Vives de la Cortada SL are subject to the following conditions:
- The coupon or discount is valid for exclusive use in our online store.
- Promotions are subject to minimum purchases, before applying any discount.
- Coupons can only be used once per customer.
- Coupons are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotions may not be combinable with other offers or discounts.
- Promotions may not be valid for products on sale or clearance.
- Promotions may not be valid for products such as Sets, Salt and Selenite Lamps, Books, EMOs, etc.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Promotions are valid for a limited period.
- Any abuse or fraudulent use of the promotion will result in the cancellation of the purchase and the invalidation of the coupon.
5. Minimum Age
