3. The system will calculate the total cart amount after applying discounts.
4. If you meet the conditions, free shipping will be applied automatically.

General Conditions for Free Shipping

• Individuals: the minimum amount is calculated including taxes.
• Professionals: the minimum amount is calculated excluding taxes.
• The free shipping promotion does not include salt and selenite products.

2. Shipping to Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

Mainland Spain

Orders to Mainland Spain are shipped via Correos Express and MRW, with an estimated delivery service of 24 hours.

The handling time of the package is not included in this timeframe. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

Balearic Islands

Orders to the Balearic Islands are shipped via Correos Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days.

• Professionals: free shipping from €99 excluding VAT. Below that, shipping costs are based on weight.

4. Shipping with InPost to Pickup Points

This method is available for certain destinations and is carried out via InPost, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 days. To be collected at one of the Pack pickup points.

• Free shipping from €200 excluding taxes.
• Below that, shipping costs are based on weight.

5. Shipping with FedEx — Zones A and B

Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on the weight of the package, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 days.
