Micas are one of the most abundant minerals and are found in igneous and metamorphic rocks. We call it lepidolite mica when it is a lilac to pink phyllosilicate and its crystals form thin, flexible sheets. It is a mineral with a high lithium content. It belongs to the group of silicate-phyllosilicates and its hardness is 2.5-3.5 on the Mohs scale
