MINERALOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The tourmalinated quartz is a variety of transparent quartz that contains inclusions of tourmaline inside, usually in the form of needles. Sometimes few needles may appear and sometimes there may be so many that it can appear almost opaque. The inclusions are usually black tourmaline, although they can rarely be found in other colors (green, blue, pink tourmaline).
Deposits: worldwide, with Brazil being the main deposit.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES
The tourmalinated quartz is considered a great protector because it unites the vibrations of the white quartz or transparent, which is a powerful amplifier, and those of the black tourmaline< /a>, which absorbs and transmutes dense energies.
