MINERALOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The milky quartz, also known as milky quartz or snow quartz, is a variety of quartz white, which it can be translucent or opaque. The color is due to the presence of small gas bubbles or also to inclusions of white quartz opaque. It appears in hydrothermal veins and in cracks. It is usually more abundant than transparent quartz or rock crystal.

Deposits: worldwide and mainly in Brazil, the United States and China.

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES

The milky quartz, is used in the same way as the white quartz or transparent, only its way of acting is softer. It can be applied to any vital center and is often used in conjunction with other minerals to strengthen its vibration. It is considered a purification stone.
