MINERALOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The charoite is a mineral with lilac and violet tones. It often has black, white and orange spots from inclusions of other minerals such as feldspar and augite. It appears massively and its origin is metasomatic from contact between magmatic and metamorphic rocks.
