MINERALOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The aqua aura quartz are transparent quartz crystals artificially treated with metals such as gold, cobalt, platinum, silver and titanium, with which an iridescent shine is achieved. In the case of the blue aura aqua, a chamber is used where the crystals of quartz are heated and impregnated with gold vapors by deposition. The dark aqua aura quartz is obtained from the combination of gold and titanium through an electrostatic charging process. Aqua aura quartz is usually prepared in the form of boulders, druses, geodes, and for jewelry making.
Deposits: It is manufactured in several places, including the United States, India and China.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES
The quartz aqua aura is said to be an alchemy between the quartz and metal, enhancing the energy of crystals that dazzle beautiful rainbows. It is considered a spiritual crystal, encouraging peace, communication, and expression. Aqua Aura quartz provides protection and is used to cleanse and heal the aura, as well as for meditation.
