Terms and conditions of use
1. Wholesale Customer Records
1.1 Conditions: To be able to buy from the wholesale you must carry out some professional activity related to the purchase and sale of minerals or jewelry, craft activities or therapies. Only in the first purchase, you will be asked to make an expense equal to or greater than € 300 with the professional discount applied + VAT included. Subsequently, the customer can make purchases without any minimum. Vives de la Cortada reserves the right to cancel the wholesale account if for any reason we believe that the person does not meet or has ceased to meet the profile required for professionals, such as (see 1.2 and 1.3). In this case, the client will be informed and the account will be suspended.
1.2 Any wholesale discount customer listing that is inactive for a period equal to or greater than one year may be cancelled by the administration of Vives de la Cortada SCP.
1.3 Any customer card with wholesale discount that does not exceed an annual expense of € 1,000 can be canceled or rectified to another type of discount.
Return, return and cancellation policies
- Processing time: The customer will have 2 working days from the date of delivery to claim the return. This return must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days.
- What can be returned?: All products may be returned and refunded provided that the customer communicates it within a maximum period of 2 working days counting from the date of delivery and that they meet the rest of the conditions established in this section according to article 69 or 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, text consolidated by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
- Requirements to return a product: The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Shipping must be made using the same protective packaging in which it has been received to protect the product. In the event that the original packaging with which the order was delivered is not preserved, the customer must return it in a protective box in order for the product to reach the SCP Vives de la Cortada warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees. The product must be free from any use or modification. This will mean that it has not been altered by the customer. In case a product that does not comply with the above provisions has been returned, the product will be sent back to the customer who will assume the costs of reshipping said product.
- Steps to follow to process the return: If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased has a period of 2 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to contact Vives de la Cortada SCP to indicate the reason for the return (Telf: 93 304 18 86, email: [email protected]). Any return without prior communication will not be received. Returns for defects of the merchandise will be made free of charge. In any other case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Amount of the refund: Once we receive the return in our warehouses we will proceed to pay the corresponding amount. The deposit will be reflected in the statement of movements of your credit card or your bank account if it was paid by debit card.
- Physical store returns: No returns are made in the physical store with the exception that it is proven that the material has been delivered in poor condition. Only claims are accepted, during the two days after receipt of the order and presenting the ticket or purchase invoice. If the return of the product is made by a courier company, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Promotions and discounts
All promotions, discounts and coupons of Vives de la Cortada SCP are subject to the conditions mentioned below:
Excluded products: Lots, Lamparas De Sal and selenite, Books, EMOs.
Minimum purchase: Certain promotions may be subject to a minimum purchase amount in order to be used. As a general rule, it will be at least x3 times the amount of the discount.
Ex: Discount coupon of € 5 = minimum necessary purchase of € 15.
Variation of amounts and conditions: In the same promotion , the discounts and the conditions linked to them may vary due to various factors such as the type of client or country where they reside.
Deadline: Promotions have a specific duration. As a general rule, coupons and discounts are effective for a period of 30 days.
Minimum Age
To make a purchase in vivescortadaimport.com the minimum age requested is 18 years.
